The Role

You will be tasked with overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality control systems and process improvements for the broader group. This role is central to ensuring that products meet consistent standards of quality, safety, and efficacy across a number of regions with a focus on the UK initially. This is very much a hands-on role leading and expanding a global team of quality professionals. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of quality assurance pertaining to engineering, design, assembly, software and support. You will also play a critical role in setting and enforcing quality standards and protocols that align with industry regulations, customer expectations and best practice to ensure continuous improvement and the promotion of a high-performance culture across a global group of companies.


What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Business Administration, Manufacturing/Production or Engineering is essential.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience and certification is mandatory.
  • Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001, Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Quality Manager (CQM) from a recognised professional body are advantageous.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a quality control or assurance leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulations, standards, and quality control methodologies.
  • Influential and inclusive leadership skills with a proven track record of creating momentum and delivering exceptional results within the company’s values of teamwork, respect, integrity and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrable project management skills with a passion for advancing quality, process improvement by winning through your team.
