Working as the Directors right hand, you will be tasked with duties including;

  • Implementing and project managing a new CRM system
  • Collating data and reports around Customer Satisfaction
  • Events and incentives planning
  • Developing company policy and procedures
  • Writing job descriptions
  • Conducting quarterly reviews


This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated Operations Manager to take the next step in their career, with huge scope for progression long term, and the autonomy to build out the department going forwards

Who we are looking for;

  • Motivated, self starter - not someone who needs hand holding or spoon feeding
  • Stable work history, with clear focus and progression
  • Adept with communication, written, verbal and face to face
  • Experience with collating data and reporting
  • Highly organised, solid attention to detail and the ability to juggle a busy workload
  • Experience within the Recruitment industry preferred, however not essential
