We specialize in creating unforgettable experiences in our unique spaces, and we're seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to lead our efforts in driving corporate events in the heart of Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage booking platforms such as Design My Night, Tagvenue, Headbox, and others.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound sales, ensuring our spaces are booked year-round.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and third-party suppliers.
  • Oversee event logistics, from venue selection to catering, entertainment, and decor.
  • Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure seamless execution of confirmed events.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
What Were Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience in both inbound and outbound sales, particularly in the hospitality and events sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in planning and executing a variety of events including conferences, networking events, and corporate gatherings.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • A team-focused mentality with a positive, 'can do' attitude.
  • Willingness to occasionally work evenings and weekends during peak event times.
