We are looking for someone whos curious, caring and conscious attitude that will continue playing a crucial part in curating the TRIBE experience, which is defined through its authenticity and obsession in making sure everything is as seamless and functional as possible to make life that bit easier.

What you'll do...

  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone or email.
  • Ensuring all reservations are accepted, recorded, and confirmed in accordance with company policy and in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • Responsible for managing group bookings, ensuring accurate and complete entries in Opera system in accordance with established procedures.
  • To be aware of the hotel occupancy and average daily room rate, month to-date and performance against budget requirements.
  • Maximize hotel yield by upselling and suggestive selling as set out.
  • To have a good knowledge of all the different types of rooms, hotel facilities, hours of operation, F&B outlets, to be well informed about special events held in the hotel daily

  • Opera Cloud knowledge would be advantageous
  • Experience working with groups would be advantageous
  • Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
