What are we looking for?
Exceptional professionals to manage our Disabled Children's Team in Eastleigh. This will include: Managing a team of Assistant Team Managers, social workers, family support workers and ensuring that high standards are met in delivering a social work service to disabled children and their families.
You need to be a highly skilled, experienced and motivated social worker with previous experience as an Assistant Team Manager in Children’s Social Care. Experience of working with children and young people will be an advantage, but is not essential. You need excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to motivate staff and communicate your passion for achieving the best possible outcomes for children. Budget management experience is desirable, but not essential.
