Duties will include:

Organising the logistics behind internal & external training courses, including all admin.

Managing the relationships with all training providers and training course attendees.

Prepare annual training budget and review actuals against budget on a quarterly basis, explaining any variants.

Review and authorise all training invoices and candidate training expenses.

Plan and book all training courses for the following qualifications:

Inducting new starters.

Requirements:

  • University Education
  • Passion for people & training
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organised
  • Excellent telephone, face to face and written communication skills.
