Responsibilities include:

  • Lead high-quality HR services covering the full employee lifecycle.
  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate, timely payments.
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and provide management reporting.
  • Standardize and automate HR processes.
  • Oversee confidential HR data, employee benefits, and policy updates.
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with HMRC and PAYE regulations.

Relevant experience and competencies

  • SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Reporting, Organisational Chart)
  • UKG Ready
  • Sage payroll
  • Expert knowledge of payroll systems and HRIS systems.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of Excel.
  • Good competence in use of Microsoft office - word, PowerPoint.

In return for this, you will receive a salary of up to £50,000, alongside some great benefits such as employers pension contributions of 5% to accompany a 3% employees' contribution, Private Healthcare and 25 days holiday plus UK bank holidays.
