I am hiring for an experienced employment solicitor to join an ever growing team with a boutique law firm. The candidate will ideally have 4+ years solid PQE in employment law (including handling employment litigation).


The day-to-day duties of the Employment Solicitor position will include:

  • Experience of dealing with the public sector (NHS) is preferred, but not a must. The individual will be expected to ‘hit the ground running’.
  • You assist colleagues with ongoing matters as and when require
  • Deal with your own litigated case load (not likely to be more than 5 or so cases at any time) coupled with some ad hoc day to day advisory work, and occasional client training.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • The candidate will ideally have 4+ years solid PQE in employment law (including handling employment litigation).
  • Will also look at experienced paralegals with solid employment experience
