About the Role:


We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join their Manchester office. This is a fully office-based position within a dynamic and successful law firm. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area and delivering an exceptional client experience.




Key Responsibilities:


- Provide a high-quality, professional reception service for clients, partners, and employees.

- Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.

- Meet and greet clients and visitors with a welcoming demeanour.

- Answer all incoming telephone calls, redirecting to the appropriate person or taking clear, accurate messages.

- Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are client-ready and equipped with necessary catering and AV requirements.

- Assist in the organisation and preparation of marketing events held at the office.

- Support general office administration tasks, including building access control and ordering catering supplies.





What We’re Looking For:


- Experience: Previous experience in a similar reception or office-based role, ideally within professional services.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Proactivity:Ability to use initiative and work autonomously.

- Flexibility: Willingness to learn, adapt, and cover for team members as needed.

- Attention to Detail: Meticulous with a focus on providing top-tier customer service.

- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
