  • Maintains close communication with CX to ensure tasks are understood and can be carried through to completion.

  • Collaborate with Managers implement efficient workflows, proactively identify and mitigate risk, apply quality control, address technical challenges to complete deliverables.
  • Works closely with Shift Manager to ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to QC procedures.
  • Identifying upskill opportunities and devising training programs.
  • Ability to work on a global scale – collaborate on solutions and effective communication with US and UK stakeholders.
  • Follow billing procedures; maintaining utilization tracking for hours.


Participates in Continuous Improvement efforts:

  • Devising and documenting more efficient workflows for complex requests.
  • Adoption of new technology and workflows.
  • Resolving and preparing solutions for errors.
  • Collaborate with Technical Lead counterpart to share knowledge and devise cross training plans.


Required Qualifications & Characteristics:

  • Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders.
  • Strong aptitude for creative and critical thought; eager to apply analytical skills and resourcefulness to problem solving.
  • Enthusiastic about continuous improvement. Seeks opportunities to assist and collaborate with manager and other departments.
  • Maintains high sense of urgency with active projects while managing shift, escalating items to the CX team proactively in the event of delays.
  • Prompt and collaborative communication with the CX department to set priorities.
  • Willing to adapt quickly to constantly changing environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, maintain composure under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Be engaged and enthusiastic about work and learning. Shift Leads should stay up to date with developments in their industry and field and be willing to learn new skills and techniques to improve their performance and that of their team.
  • Must be flexible regarding work hours and schedules.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile work environment across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Nuix and Relativity certifications would be beneficial.
