JOB OVERVIEW

The Front of House Ambassador plays a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for all guests, clients, and employees. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring a professional and friendly environment, and upholding the organisations values.

This position involves providing seamless front-of-house operations, supporting daily office or site activities, and delivering personalised solutions to meet guest needs. The role requires a proactive and service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating memorable experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guest Welcome and Support: Greeting all visitors, clients, and employees warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Reception Duties: Managing the front desk, including handling inquiries, answering calls, and coordinating appointments or meetings.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient reception area, ensuring all guest-facing spaces reflect the brand's high standards.
  • Problem Solving: Addressing guest concerns or challenges promptly and effectively, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Collaboration: Liaising with internal teams and external service providers to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting with office operations, such as managing mail, bookings, or hospitality arrangements for meetings and events.
