Senior Systems Engineer - Automotive electrification & e-mobility


ARCA Resourcing is partnered with a global leader in mobility technology within the automotive industry who are looking to recruit a Senior Systems Engineer to join their team.


You'll oversee the development, validation, and approval of upcoming iterations of different vehicle systems and features.


Responsibilities:


  • Development of software and control systems for various features of the electrified powertrain
  • Development, integration, commissioning, testing, and sign-off of the electric and electronic architecture for the electrified system and its interactions within the vehicle powertrain.
  • System, Software, or Electronic Hardware applications development & requirement management
  • Testing and Validation


Experience:

  • Automotive control systems
  • Vehicle architectures, communication protocols and components
  • V-cycle automotive development and System Engineering
  • Matlab Simulink, dSpace, Vector etc.


Any knowledge of high voltage components (power supplies, DCDC converters, inverters, chargers, etc) and / or ASPICE would be beneficial.


This is a permanent position based out of Coventry, but hybrid working is avialable.
