We are thrilled to offer a position for a Kitchen Porter to join our team at Eaton House The Manor School (Prep), located in the heart of Clapham Common. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, hardworking, and committed to maintaining high standards in a busy kitchen environment.
This position involves a 6-hour shift, Monday through Friday, during term time only, providing an excellent work-life balance. Its a rewarding opportunity to contribute to our school community by helping to ensure a clean and efficient kitchen space that supports our students and staff.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Washing and storing kitchen utensils, plates, and cutlery
- Keeping kitchen surfaces and floors clean and safe
- Assisting with unloading deliveries and storing ingredients
- Supporting the chefs with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Ensuring that all areas comply with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
Requirements:
- A strong work ethic and reliable attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
- Good communication skills
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
