  • Provide ad hoc contractual and data support to Procurement Category Managers.
  • Assist the Global Travel Manager in the daily administration of the company travel program.
  • Deliver exceptional administrative support with a strong customer service focus, facilitating smooth interactions with internal colleagues and external service providers.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize costs and services within the travel management spend.
  • Demonstrate superb organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Skills:

  • Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills (Pivot tables/VLOOKUP's).
  • Experience in travel and procurement is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work at a fast pace.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical proficiency.
