WHO YOU ARE

We’re looking for a driven Social Media & Community Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will focus on creating social content that tells our brand story, engaging with our community and supporting our UGC and influencer partnerships. This role will report into the Senior Brand Executive and the ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years experience in social media with a strong understanding of social media platforms and UGC/influencer marketing strategies.


YOUR ROLE BREAKDOWN


Social Media & Content Creation

  • Execute the organic social media strategy, ensuring that all content is prepared and approved efficiently and in line with brand guidelines.
  • Develop and implement content calendars that align with product launches, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Develop engaging and educational content that aligns with our brand’s goals and targets our global audiences across platforms including Instagram and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with the brand team to create content such as imagery, video (IG Reels/TikTok), educational infographics and re-edits of UGC creatives.
  • Day to day management of social media channels (responding to comments and DMs with the aim of growing engagement).
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance to drive engagement.
  • Track and analyse social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, post performance) and provide actionable insights to enhance strategy.


Community Management


  • Actively monitor and manage conversations across our social media channels, responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries in a timely, authentic manner.
  • Foster and grow relationships with our followers, influencers, and brand advocates, ensuring a positive and engaging brand experience.
  • Monitor trends in the beauty and wellness community to keep Hello Klean ahead of the curve in social conversations and relevant topics.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of social media experience within a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. It’s a fast moving startup environment, and timely communication is key.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Familiarity using social media management tools such as Later and Archive.
  • Proficient in using visual content creation and editing software (Adobe, Canva, CapCut etc.)
  • Comfortable with creating content/editing videos for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with an ability to adopt the Hello Klean tone of voice.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and staying up-to-date on the latest trends.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
