ProGuard Exteriors Ltd is an Insulation & Rendering contractor based in Aylesbury. We are passionate about making homes more energy efficient, whether it's new build or retrofit. Our services include External Wall Insulation (EWI), Internal Wall Insulation, Cavity Wall Insulation, and Spray Cork Insulation.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Compliance Manager. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards and that all evidence is submitted correctly. This includes overseeing compliance with the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund, GBIS, and other similar schemes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Pas Hub or similar and have experience with different types of energy efficiency measures.


Qualifications

  • Experience in compliance management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the construction industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with PASHUB or similar.
  • Experience working on projects within the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund is a plus
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices in the construction industry is beneficial
  • Experience within the construction industry.
