Job summary

To engage with drivers, supporting them in maximising their usage and performance on our platforms and systems; identifying drivers who can benefit from improved utilisation and providing tailored support to improve their earnings and experience. Focusing on the technical aspects of system performance, quality assurance (QA) and testing; including identifying areas for improvement within the system, collaborating on system testing and providing insights to enhance platform efficiency.


Main Responsibilities

•Act as a point of contact for drivers, addressing performance-related queries and concerns; working with them to improve their understand and use of our platforms and services.

•Identify underperforming drivers and create engagement plans to help boost their performance and earnings.

•Provide training and support during driver onboarding, ensuring new drivers are fully equipped to succeed.

•Gain a deep understanding of our internal systems to provide valuable insights and suggest enhancements. Collaborate with other teams to conduct system testing and ensure quality assurance.

•Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and suggest optimisation based on driver feedback.

•Participate in system updates and launches, testing enhancements before roll-out to the wider network.

•Perform data entry, maintain accurate records and assist with documentation and filing.

•Assist in preparing and reconciling financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.


Competencies

Essential

•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

•A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a passion for improving performance.

•Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

•Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

•Based within a commutable distance of our area of operation.

•Willingness to learn and develop over time.


Desirable

•Experience in a customer-facing or driver-support role, ideally in transport or logistics.

•Familiarity with the Autocab booking/dispatch system or similar platforms.

•Understanding of systems testing, quality assurance, and technical troubleshooting.

•Experience with data analysis tools, reporting systems, and system testing environments.

•Knowledge of CRM or driver management systems.
