Academics are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our team, providing exceptional support for a Year 3 pupil with Cerebral Palsy and those learning English as an Additional Language (EAL)
As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will be required to provide tailored support to a child in Year 3 with Cerebral Palsy, ensuring their physical and educational needs are met with empathy and expertise, to also assist EAL pupils in developing their English language skills through interactive and engaging methods Collaborate with teachers to create and adapt lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of all pupils and to foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where every child feels valued and empowered to succeed
What we're looking for:
- Experience or a strong understanding of supporting children with Cerebral Palsy and EAL needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach to meeting the unique needs of each student.
- Relevant qualifications or a willingness to undertake training to enhance your skills in this specialized area.
