We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a high-performance team within the thrilling world of Formula 1. This role involves travelling to global locations for approximately 25 weeks of the year, supporting culinary operations at major race events
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of high-quality meals for the team and VIP guests
  • Ensure consistency and excellence in all dishes, from prep to plate
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and team to create menus using fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen
  • Adapt quickly to different locations and kitchen setups while delivering top-tier service
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments
  • A passion for food, creativity, and teamwork
  • Flexibility to travel internationally for extended periods
