Requirements:

Experience:

  • 7 to 20 years of relevant experience in customer and ServiceNow advisory roles.
  • Proven track record in business development, bid response, and securing high-value projects.
  • Extensive experience in business analysis, scope definition, and operating model process design.
  • Strong background in use case development, experience design, and solution architecture.
  • Demonstrated success in project/program management and agile delivery.

Industry Expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of one or more sectors, with a preference for Health and Life Sciences, Insurance, Banking, and Consumer Goods.

Skills:

  • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and present complex ideas.
  • Proficiency in the official language(s) of the country (C2 level) and English (C2 level).
  • Willingness to travel for project-related activities.
