About the Role:

Your role will see you taking charge of PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard and within agreed SLA timeframes. You’ll also:

  • Carrying out electrical work on mechanical building service systems.
  • Servicing and maintaining commercial heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems, including heat pumps.
  • Supporting other trades within the mobile team and assisting with maintenance as needed.
  • Upskilling opportunities in Commercial Gas for those not yet qualified.
  • Ensuring proactive client engagement, addressing any issues or escalating them to senior management as necessary.
  • Always working within Health & Safety legislation to maintain a safe working environment.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • City & Guilds/SVQ Level 3 Service Maintain and Commission Building Engineering Services or equivalent.
  • If you hold Commercial gas tickets would be advantageous - however not essential.
  • Solid experience in PPM and reactive maintenance, ideally in a busy FM environment.
  • A full UK driving licence (6 or less points) and willingness to complete Disclosure Scotland.
