Key Responsibilities:


Product Strategy and Roadmap:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for our regulatory products


  • Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.


  • Define the product vision, goals, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.


Requirements Gathering and Prioritization:


  • Engage with clients, internal stakeholders, and the product specialist to gather product requirements and feedback.


  • Translate client needs and market demands into clear and actionable product requirements.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and QA, to prioritize and refine feature backlog based on business value and feasibility.


Product Development and Delivery:


  • Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of product features and enhancements, adhering to agreed timelines and quality standards.


  • Provide clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.


  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the product meets high standards of usability, functionality, and performance.


Stakeholder Management:


  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and executives.


  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.


  • Communicate product updates, roadmap, and enhancements to internal and external stakeholders, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.


Product Performance and Optimization:


  • Monitor product performance and usage metrics, conducting data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.


  • Collect and analyze user feedback, conduct user research, and perform market validation to drive iterative product enhancements.


  • Continuously assess the competitive landscape and industry trends to ensure the product remains innovative, competitive, and aligned with customer needs.


Requirements:


  • Must work at least three days a week in Reading office
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline).
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, specifically in SaaS product management.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment, utilizing methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
