As a PPC Manager, you’ll play a vital role in optimizing paid search campaigns to deliver exceptional performance. You'll work alongside other performance marketeers, reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, and focus on growing unprotected family volumes efficiently and profitably.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and optimizing paid search activity across platforms like Google AdWords and Microsoft Advertising.
- Overseeing monthly budgets, ensuring target delivery at an efficient cost per acquisition.
- Leveraging analytics and data visualization tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio to diagnose performance and inform decisions.
- Producing relevant documentation and reports with precision and strong written communication skills.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, including external agencies, to achieve objectives.
- Maintaining excellent organization and multitasking abilities while working across multiple media channels.
What You’ll Bring:
Essential:
- At least 3 years of experience in a PPC role.
- Proficiency in paid search platforms like Google AdWords and Microsoft Advertising.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
- Experience with performance and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate with external agencies.
- A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to thrive in both independent and team settings.
- Exceptional written English and proofreading skills.
- A passion for collaboration and upholding team and company values.
Desirable:
- A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in marketing within the financial services industry, particularly in the protection space.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and other digital marketing disciplines (SEO, Paid Social).
- Experience with A/B testing and familiarity with the Sitecore Experience Platform.
