As the Youth Manager you will be leading the way ensuring that your team provides our younger guests onboard with a fun filled holiday. You will be planning and scheduling the activity programs for all the family as well as supervising your fun and energetic team, and hosting a number of large events and parties in the public areas of the ship. You and your team will make sure that the children onboard have an unforgettable holiday and memories that will last them a life time.

To join our fantastic youth team you must have the following:

  • Experience of working within a childcare setting with the ability to work with children aged 6 months to 17 years.
  • Strong experience managing a team of childcare professionals, coaching and mentoring staff
  • Hold a level 3 diploma in childcare or education OR QTS Primary/Secondary School
  • Experience of dealing with challenging situations with adults and children.
