We are looking for a super organised, detail-oriented creative individual who will step into a newly created Studio Operations Manager/ Coordinator role.


This position will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of this branding agency's day to day operations, working closely with the Managing, Creative and Business Directors to drive efficiency and excellence across all aspects of the business.


This is a hybrid role, with the best of both worlds, 3 days thriving on the great energy in the design and strategy team within East London and 2 days remote.


We need someone from a like-for-like background with experience in a busy branding, design or advertising studio.


This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about working in a hungry and super collaborative workplace culture.


The minimum we need from this person is:

  • 2+ years experience in a busy design studio - ideally with branding, and /or architecture/ interiors projects.
  • Solid end-to-end knowledge of taking a project from concept through to delivery
  • Excellent organisation skills and excellent multitasker.
  • Great people management skills.
  • Calm under pressure.
  • Good understanding of an agency process, including different roles within an agency.
  • Forward thinking / forward planning.
  • Clear communicator.


Salary approx £30-35K
