Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user interfaces and experiences, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user journeys. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and clients, to ensure our solutions are visually appealing and functionally robust.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the UI/UX design process for SAP SuccessFactors projects, from initial concept through to final implementation.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and present design concepts.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and seamless user experiences.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and iterate on designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain innovative and competitive.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience designing for enterprise software, particularly HR solutions, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for the user.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.
