We are currently developing an innovative retirement village in Chester, designed to offer a safe, comfortable, and enriching living environment for retirees. This project embodies the latest in residential design and amenities.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager on a freelance basis to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retirement village project in Chester. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in residential construction, with a proven ability to manage site activities efficiently and ensure that the project meets quality, safety, and timeline objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  2. Manage subcontractors and site personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  3. Ensure all site activities adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices.
  4. Monitor project progress, address any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
