There is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic and critical UK Partnerships team, who manage the Product and Partnerships of UK Consumer Cobrands. This Marketing and Partnerships Executive role will be contributing to key aspects for the British Airways Cobrand. There are high levels of visibility and responsibility, which would be best suited to a high performing, tenured marketing analyst with partnership experience.

This Cobrand Marketing and Partnerships Executive will lead the day-to-day aspects of the relationship with one or more Co-Brand Card partners, and all elements of product management including: engagement, retention marketing campaigns, servicing, customer experience and stakeholder management, as well as working on key projects and being the portfolio/s subject matter expert across American Express.

We are looking for someone with a passion to deliver growth, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to ensure a flawless customer experience and providing exceptional attention to detail. Key success metrics will include, billings, card cancellation rates and customer satisfaction.

How you will make an impact in this role?

  • Flawlessly deliver end-to-end multi-channel B2C Cardmember engagement and retention campaigns with the cobrand partner, both in Amex and partner channels.

  • Work with key tactical agencies across both creative and media on new campaigns from briefing and concepting, creative execution and input on media plans, to ensuring campaigns are running smoothly.

  • Actively monitor campaign performance and analyse results internally and externally to inform future strategy.

  • Confidently monitor portfolio performance through monthly reporting, analyse data and identify insights and trends.

  • Support the partner relationship on a day-to-day basis, meeting contractual and business objectives

  • Carefully manage budgets and invoicing process.

  • Collaborate with other American Express departments including others in the Co-brand team, UK Product team, Central Product teams, Customer Service and Compliance to align on plans, campaigns, analytics and gather feedback.

  • Maintain strong focus on competitor activity and external environment.

Minimum qualifications:

  • B2C marketing campaign management experience is essential.

  • Quantitative and analytical skills coupled with strong written and oral communication to articulate learning’s and outputs and inform future strategy.

  • Exceptional internal stakeholder and external-facing partner management skills.

  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills – finding a way around obstacles and challenges with a positive attitude.

  • Clear, confident verbal and written communicator.

  • Understanding of consumer card issuing in the UK.

  • Solid experience of multitasking and driving results across several complex projects.

  • Excellent process and budget management ability and attention to detail.
  • Track record of being a great team player with a nurturing and collaborative approach and strong leadership abilities.
