The RoleAs the Event Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of every aspect of their events. From planning to delivery, you will work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to create seamless experiences that leave a lasting impression.


Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & Coordination:

  • Oversee the end-to-end operational aspects of events, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, venues, and event partners to ensure smooth execution.
  • Logistics Oversight: Manage all logistical elements, including venue set-up, exhibitor coordination, registration processes, and on-site troubleshooting.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider events and marketing teams to align operational delivery with strategic goals.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Conduct debriefs, evaluate performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.


What We’re Looking ForExperience:


  • A proven background in event operations, preferably within conferences, trade shows, or exhibitions.
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges effectively and efficiently.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with event management software and tools is a plus.
