Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales directors to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Lead the development and implementation of group policies.
  • Conduct capability assessments and manage TUPE transfers.
  • Oversee organisational design and restructuring initiatives.
  • Provide full-spectrum HR and ER business partnering.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR or Employee Relations role.
  • Strong background in policy development, capability assessments, and TUPE processes.
  • Expertise in organisational design and managing restructures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
