Next Geosolutions, a leader in innovative offshore and onshore solutions, is expanding our team and seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee and manage contractual matters for our exciting range of projects


Role Overview

As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring legal compliance and managing risks across our projects. You’ll work closely with project teams to support project success from initiation to completion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, draft, and negotiate contracts for a variety of project
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies
  • Liaise with project teams to resolve contractual and commercial issues
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and supplies
  • Support project managers in interpreting and executing contract terms


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in the marine and/or offshore energy industry is beneficial
  • Familiarity with industry standard form contracts including LOGIC, NEC, FIDIC etc. will be a distinct advantage
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
