Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of global IT infrastructure programs, with a strong emphasis on M365, Azure, and Intune.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, goals, and deliverables that align with organisational strategy.
  • Oversee all aspects of program management, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Provide technical leadership and engineering guidance on the design, deployment, and optimisation of IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Ensure the integration of new technologies with existing systems and processes, driving modernisation and innovation.
  • Manage program risks, dependencies, and changes, ensuring challenges are addressed promptly to keep projects on track.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including project plans, technical designs, and performance reports.
  • Act as the main point of contact for program communications, delivering updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement across IT infrastructure initiatives, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.


Key Requirements:


  • Degree Educated in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience leading large-scale IT infrastructure programs, particularly those involving M365, Azure, and Intune.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in engineering and deploying cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site projects with a focus on IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and analytical approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of driving cross-functional teams toward successful outcomes.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, M365) are highly desirable.
