This 105-bedroom Aberdeenshire hotel is renowned as one of the best Scottish wedding venues, accommodating up to 250 guests, making it one of the few hotels in Peterhead big enough to adequately host the big day in style. We have an on-site restaurant and bar, serving meals throughout the day and hot and cold beverages. Due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit a Food & Beverage Assistant on to the team.

As Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be required to;

  • Ensure the highest standards of courtesy and customer care are set and maintained by all staff.
  • Ensure that all procedures are performed correctly and efficiently at all time.
  • Maximise sales and profitability within the department.
  • Ensure that stock control procedures are adhered to and checked at all time.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as Food & Beverage Assistant in 100+bedroom hotel. The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and well presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service.
