As the SHE Manager, you will have the opportunity to take the lead on all SHE matters relating to the site.

Main responsibilities:

  • Opportunity to be responsible for all health, safety and environmental matters at the site.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, ensuring strategic SHE objectives are met.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and UK SHE requirements. This will include COMAH Regulations.
  • Investigate and report incidents.
  • Provide reports and data interpretation on site SHE performance to the company.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO certifications such as ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO 45001.

You will need:

  • A degree in Health & Safety or equivalent qualification (NEBOSH)
  • Familiarity with COMAH regulations
  • Experience leading, supporting and enhancing business performance
  • Experience working within a defence environment (desirable)
  • Track record working within a high-volume manufacturer.
