Role Summary


We are seeking a talented professional to support the origination and execution of M&A, growth equity, and financial sponsor transactions within various digital infrastructure verticals, with a primary focus on data centres, fibre, and towers. This role requires strong financial modelling and valuation skills.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in identifying and closing new deal opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Lead M&A transactions from start to finish, including sell-side and buy-side deals, growth equity, and financial sponsor transactions.
  • Review and provide feedback on junior team members' work.
  • Train and mentor junior team members.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for transactions, taking responsibility for materials and leading client calls.
  • Build a network and relationships with industry participants.


Knowledge and Experience


  • 5-7 years of experience in M&A Investment Banking, Valuation, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.
  • Proven transaction experience in digital infrastructure or TMT sectors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with expertise in telecoms or digital infrastructure, evidenced by professional experience, academic background, or extracurricular activities.


Skills and Qualities


  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, particularly in valuation (including LBOs, sensitivities, and returns analysis) and financial modelling.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international team, supporting senior members while mentoring junior colleagues.
  • Proactive self-starter with initiative in deal-related and business matters.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated through experience with high-calibre clients.
