A FTSE-250 Media company are looking for a Corporate Tax and TP Manager to join their growing tax team of 4. This is a brand new role, created due to a number of acquisitions which will see you have ownership of CT reporting, ERP implementation and coverage of operational transfer pricing (experience not required).


This role covers the UK and Western Europe and will have hiring responsibility for a Tax Accountant, who will be more hands-on with the CT compliance.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the UK corporate tax reporting process, ensuring accuracy in the review of corporate tax returns
  • Serve as the primary contact for tax compliance across various departments within Europe
  • Advise on the latest tax policies and contribute to the review of transfer pricing documentation
  • “Spot checking” TP reporting
  • ERP Implementation programme


Requirements:


  • ACA, ACCA or CTA Qualified with Top Tier or Big 4 training
  • Strong on UK tax compliance and reporting
  • An interest in international tax (this role will grow into covering multiple jurisdictions)
  • A good communicator, able to manage a variety of relationships across advisors and tax authorities


The team work flexibly with 2 days a week in the office and occasional travel to Western Europe.
