Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Placing Broker at URP located in City Of London, with flexibility for remote work. As a Placing Broker, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with the placement of insurance risks. This includes liaising with clients, analyzing risk exposures, presenting risks to the market, negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide exceptional service and support to our clients.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Placing Broker or similar role in the insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, markets, and regulatory environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology platforms
