Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Manager at ClearML. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure (particularly our AI computing infrastructure), managing IT projects, ensuring data security, and implementing technology solutions to support business objectives.


In this role, you will work closely with engineering, R&D, product, and growth teams to understand how AI Builders are using our tools and make recommendations for improving their experience (and execute them). By joining ClearML, you will have the chance to be a part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to advancing the field of machine learning and helping AI/ML engineers train high-performing, fair, and reproducible machine learning models and LLMs.


Qualifications

  • Experience in IT infrastructure management, project management, and data security
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Elastic, Grafana, and other tools
  • Experience working with NVIDIA and AMD GPUs and Arm-based and Intel CPUs
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Proficiency in system administration and troubleshooting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with AI technologies and development lifecycle processes, preferably ClearML
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, or PMP are a plus
