About Connect Property
Connect offers comprehensive management services to our housing partners, collaborating with individual landlords, corporate landlords, and institutional investors. We deliver trusted housing solutions that seamlessly integrate with our partners' needs, ensuring reliable and effective property management.
Our Journey so Far
For more than two decades, our organisation has consistently demonstrated a steadfast commitment to the private sector, emphasising the delivery of exemplary customer service. This unwavering dedication has not only allowed us to meet the diverse needs of our clients but has also fostered the development of enduring relationships with our housing partners and tenants, contributing to our sustained success in the private sector.
A significant milestone in our organisational trajectory occurred two years ago when we made a strategic decision to diversify our operations by venturing into the realm of social housing. This expansion involved the establishment of pivotal partnerships with local authorities across London. Through these collaborative efforts, our objective has been to facilitate individuals and families in accessing essential housing support, aligning our mission with broader societal welfare goals.
Our guiding principle remains rooted in the provision of high-quality services, akin to our established practices in the private sector. By upholding this commitment, we aim not only to meet but surpass the expectations and needs of those seeking housing support. This approach is integral to our overarching goal, which is to act as a catalyst for positive transformations across all facets of our work.
Whether in the private sector or the realm of social housing, our organisation remains resolute in its dedication to customer service excellence and the facilitation of meaningful partnerships.
As we navigate these dual spheres, our primary objective remains the catalysis of positive change, transcending the boundaries of traditional business practices to contribute meaningfully to the well-being of individuals and communities we serve.
