Job Summary: As a Recruitment Consultant at Altius Talent, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and achieving ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, a strong sales acumen, and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand clients’ recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.


Candidate Sourcing and Management:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across multiple industries.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive networking, job boards, and social media.
  • Provide career advice and guidance to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.


Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Negotiate terms of business and secure new client agreements.


Recruitment Process Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job brief to offer stage.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to both clients and candidates.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company standards.


Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market analysis.
  • Keep abreast of new recruitment technologies and methodologies.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar sales-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
