Project Management:

  • Manage project programs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of progress and risks associated with delivery.
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination among different project teams.
  • Business Analysis:
  • Perform comprehensive business analysis to facilitate both business and technology changes.
  • Apply industry-standard methodologies, including Agile and software delivery lifecycle, in analysis and project management.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Identify, attempt to rectify, and escalate issues and risks appropriately.
  • Clearly articulate complex topics to both technology and business stakeholders.


What you’ll bring:

Hybrid PM Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing project programs, timelines, deliverables, and keeping stakeholders updated.
  • Strong evidence of delivering both business and technology changes.
  • Business Analysis Expertise:
  • Deep understanding and application of business analysis methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Agile Scrum frameworks and methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Financial Services Industry Knowledge:
  • Extensive experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of credit products.

Methodical Problem Solving:

  • Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to operate autonomously.


Desirable (not mandatory)

  • Banking Product Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with banking products and services, especially credit products.
  • Experience with large-scale customer migrations.
  • Educational Background:
  • Degree or equivalent in IT or Business Analysis-related disciplines.
  • ISEB Business Analysis qualification or similar certifications.
