About the role:

As our new Master Vendor Implementation Manager, you will be key to our new Managed Service Provision, providing a Market Leading offering within our Educator Talent Solutions Division at Supporting Education Group. Collaborating with our staffing businesses you will support the delivery of new programme wins, through the ownership and evolving the master vendor implementation plan best practice and execution.

You will ensure our clients experience a structured and professional experience, through your strategic thinking and an agile approach to continuous improvement. Leading the delivery of the end-to-end project management lifecycle for all new master vendor programme wins, from initial scoping and project set up, through to successful project closure.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, liaising with Master Vendor Account Managers as well as key central functions across the group such as Technology, Legal, Compliance, Vetting, Finance, HR and Operations to drive growth and excellence for our businesses and our customers within the Education Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational

  • Help build the programme framework for best practice implementation plans for master vendor programmes.
  • Support internal stakeholders with the creation and maintenance of relevant documentation required for the successful delivery of all master vendor implementation projects including Actions and Decisions Logs, Risk and Issues log, Project and Governance Reports, Communications plans, etc.
  • Process mapping activities for client and internal workflows; Identifying risks, issues and discrepancies and acting accordingly to flag any gaps to the leadership.
  • Work with VMS provider to deliver individual client setups for each programme.
  • Work closely with the Tech, VMS and Operations teams to ensure that each programme has the correct reporting and data migration strategy and setup to meet the internal and external needs of the programme.
  • Work with the master vendor and compliance teams to onboard all required second tier suppliers and capture and relevant data needed for go live and beyond.
  • Taking articulate and accurate minutes at client and internal meetings.



Project Management

  • Lead the production and maintenance of schedules/plans, change control, action logs, MI, progress reports and completed project report templates and required information.
  • Preparation of project reports including status reports, for internal and senior stakeholders.
  • Drive projects through key milestone checks, ensuring implementations are run to time and ensuring that project resources are aligned correctly
  • Collation, formatting and configuration of data in line with the requirements of any specific client implementation project.
  • Supporting the management team with ad hoc project requirements.
  • Alongside the Master Vendor team, Account Managers and Tech teams, evaluate areas for improvements in the platform strategy, usage and workflows.
  • Evaluate client set up process and experience, identify and implement improvements for future clients

With a strong background delivering implementation projects for MSP and/or RPO in the recruitment world, you will have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, clients and projects simultaneously.

Desirable:

  • PRINCE2/Six Sigma or equivalent project management qualifications is desirable but not essential if practical implementation experience is significant.
