Le Cordon Bleu London is now actively seeking to recruit and energetic Academic support administrator to join their dynamic team at the Institute in central London. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside exceptional professionals.
Academic support administrator duties and responsibilities:
Supporting students’ exams, certification, and graduation ceremonies
Data entry for examinations
Printing of certificates and transcripts
Supporting graduation / events
Record keeping
Monitor student’s emails queries
Maintain recording system (Covid – appeals)
Take minutes at meetings as required
Assist in the coordination of teaching and assessment
Monitor student attendance
Complaint handling
Qualifications / experience
Experience of office administration / clerical support
Skills
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, e.g. printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
School leaver or graduate; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary desirable
