Job Title: Project Management Business Partner (PMBP)

Location: Strand, London WC2R 0AP, UK

Hourly Rate: £40/hour inside IR35

Role Overview:

  • Join the dynamic team as a Project Management Business Partner (PMBP) to support the growth of our Services Ecosystem Development & Integration initiatives. In this vital role, you will bridge the gap between traditional project management and the agile, flexible collaboration required to meet our business commitments.
  • You will operate in a transnational environment, ensuring clear communication and effective support for all projects and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project leaders to establish governance structures and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Conduct progress reviews and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely execution.
  • Develop and maintain management plans, KPIs, and project roadmaps.
  • Foster new service development and onboard partners to enhance our ecosystem.
  • Support the Minimum Valuable Ecosystem involving multiple airlines.

Essential:

  • Initial experience in project management.
  • Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to understand and respond constructively.
  • Ability to maintain a big-picture perspective while paying attention to detail.
  • Initiative-driven, with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Capable of working autonomously and structuring projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in English (negotiation level).
