A specialist team of commercial law solicitors located in Essex but commutable from Herts and London are currently looking to add to their team.


1 x Associate Solicitor of 1 years + PQE and a Senior Associate Solicitor of 5 years + PQE is required.


The caseload will include:

  • Handling a complex portfolio of clients and anticipate their specific needs
  • Commercial contracts
  • Joint ventures and collaborations
  • Distributing and franchising
  • Providing clients with high quality legal advice
  • Contributing to the firm’s general marketing and participating in the firm’s marketing events


This is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate to further develop their reputation at a firm committed to ambitious growth and where individual commercial innovation is encouraged.


Candidates trained within an in-house company will be considered, however salary will be commensurate on private practice levels.


Joining a team of 2 partners, 2 associates a Trainee Solicitor and 2 paralegals you will be joining a team that takes great pleasure and pride in delivering a high-quality service to their clients.
