They seek a US-qualified capital markets Senior Associate/Counsel with excellent experience in managing client relationships and assisting clients with day-to-day issues.

The Role

  • They operate as a fully integrated team of English and US lawyers, collaborating closely with English-qualified Associates in the London office.
  • The successful candidate will work on a variety of high-yield and debt capital markets (DCM) transactions, leveraged buyouts, and other complex financings, in close cooperation with the banking and M&A teams.


Your Profile

  • The candidate must have exceptional written communication and drafting skills, demonstrate initiative, and possess the ability to take on significant responsibility in a fast-paced but friendly environment.
  • High academic achievement is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience advising European-based issuers on high-yield offerings, bridge-to-bond transactions, underwritten financings, liability management transactions, and other complex financings.
  • They should be capable of serving the firm's growing FPI clients, as well as European corporates and sponsors.
