PayComplete is the global leader in physical finance, dedicated to innovating self-service experiences and operations for both consumers and employees. The PayComplete Solution is a fintech IoT platform made up of an adaptable set of SaaS machine software, intelligent devices, and professional, technical and merchant services.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Customer Solutions Manager will serve as the key liaison between our customers and internal product and engineering teams. This role is responsible for understanding customer requirements, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful integration and long-term satisfaction. The Customer Solutions Manager will work cross-functionally to bridge the gap between customer needs and product offerings, ensuring that our solutions align with customer goals and business requirements.
This position will also manage the existing Global Pre-sales team and Global Project management team ensuring delivery of key projects and new customer take on.
This position requires a blend of product management, technical expertise, and strong interpersonal skills. The Customer Solutions Manager will play a critical role in driving customer success, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet with customers to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product-related integrations and issues. During the customer onboarding process.
- Day to day management of the pre-sales teams, setting priorities and KPI’s
- Day to day management of the Project managers and setting priorities and KPI’s
- Weekly reporting cadence to be set up and managed
- Work to ensure key deliverables and milestones are met and communicated
- Collaborate with customers to develop and define product requirements based on their specific needs and incorporate them into a defined roadmap.
- Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable specifications for the internal software engineering and product teams.
- Assist in defining on-device software requirements for custom solutions.
- Work with the product management team to shape the product roadmap based on customer feedback and market needs.
- Develop customized solution roadmaps that align with both customer and business goals.
- Develop product future direction roadmaps.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation and integration of solutions within the customer’s environment.
- Ensure a smooth and timely transition from solution design to delivery, working closely with engineering, support, and other internal teams.
- Assist with development of contractual terms and licensing agreements.
- Act as a product and business flow expert to help customers integrate our solutions into their workflows.
- Proactively manage customer expectations, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with both the product and support.
- Regularly engage customers to gather feedback and suggest enhancements based on their experience.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure that customer needs are reflected in ongoing product development.
- Provide input on product enhancements and new features based on customer feedback and market trends.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- An advanced degree (MBA or technical equivalent) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, technical account management, or a similar customer-facing role in a B2B technology environment.
- Proven experience in managing customer relationships and delivering tailored technical solutions.
- Experience working with hardware, software, or IoT products is highly desirable.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex hardware and software systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in custom SaaS and enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with cash handling or financial systems.
- Project management certifications such as PMP or Agile certifications.
