Managing a retail branch of ICICI BANK UK PLC. Key responsibilities would include branch business development, customer acquisition, sales of bank’s products & services. Complying to audit & other parameters under the internal/external regulatory framework.

Area of Responsibility:

  • Responsible for managing and growing branch business for all product range.

  • Directly handling set of HNI clients and deriving business through these relationships.
  • Understand & comply with conduct risk requirements to meet the Group’s conduct risk policies and expectations of regulators.
  • To exhibit high levels of customer service & sound understanding of retail & business transactions.
  • Successfully interact with internal stakeholders across different departments and exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Activities pertaining to marketing, customer service and quality maintenance.
  • Leadership and Training, Responsible for managing team performance.
  • New activities identified due to change in processes and products.
  • Any other activity in order to facilitate smooth operation of the branch
  • To undertake projects and assignment from time to time as directed by Supervisor.


Key Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

  • Sound Understanding & prior experience of working in Retail Banking and handling large clients across different banking products.
  • Selling / Negotiating / Networking / Relationship Management skills
  • Disciplined approach to deal execution / client follow up
  • Team Handling and people management experience.
  • Knowledge of Operations, Compliance, Operational Risk and Regulatory framework.
  • Good presentation skills and ability to communicate at all levels in the organization

  • Ability to assess the external environment for threats and opportunities.


Area of responsibility:

  • To assist in building retail banking liability & asset book by driving UK businesses as per strategy.
  • To manage transactions and operations, ensure compliance, audit for respective branches.
  • To undertake projects and assignment from time to time as directed by Supervisor


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business/ Post Graduate
  • Extensive management or supervisory experience
  • Experience hiring and training individuals
