The position is located in Southampton and requires 5 days of in-office work per week, with independent travel throughout the UK and Ireland

The effectiveness of this role will be evaluated based on the ability to collaborate with colleagues both within and outside the Security and Property function. This collaboration is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service, keeping senior management informed of successes, issues, and challenges.

This position provides the chance to learn on the job and gain a deep understanding of how the company manages its estate through facilities, projects, security, and health and safety. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the integration of Quilter's culture within the estate and participate in various inclusive and diverse networks.

Joining this team will provide a sense of belonging, as you will work in close collaboration and engage in daily interactions, supporting one another.

The role will report directly to the Head of Strategy and Operations and will have several key responsibilities, including.
  • Supporting the team with refurbishment projects.
  • Developing and maintaining relationship with Stakeholders
  • Identifying areas for improvement by mapping the customer journey across the estate
  • Supporting with audits and providing resilience to Facilities Management and Workplace Strategy team
  • Analysis and invite feedback form multiple sources which could include but not limited to the creation of surveys, collating in person feedback and post project feedback.
  • Providing regular updates to inform the Security and Property Senior Management team.
  • Coordinate the management Ways of working sessions with our facilities partner, ensuring actions are captured and tracked to completion.
  • Supporting the customer experience journey from a front facing meet and greet perspective, ensuring our clients receive the best end to end journey (London reception/hospitality, Southampton reception/hospitality, external advisors, and in regional offices where applicable)
  • Additional administrative tasks may be assigned on an as needed basis.
Within your first 6 month it is expected that you shaped the role, have a plan in place to invite feedback and have identified and created working relationships with customers.

It is anticipated that within the first six months, you will have moulded the position, established a strategy for soliciting feedback, and formed working relationships with all customers.
