Overall Brief


You will lead a small team of consultants focused on delivering temporary workforce solutions to both national accounts and retail business. Your dedicated team may be made of pure 360 consultants along with pure delivery consultants that have separate focus driving a high ROI. This role will have a balance of new business, growing the desk and also managing a team. We specialise in the specialist sectors within Driving, Logistics, Manufacturing and Ancillary.


Job Duties:


  • Establish yourself as a market expert within your field and build a network that reflects this.
  • Drive the business into a higher value
  • Ensuring a thorough right-first-time approach to all matters of your own and team permanent placement processes.
  • Source candidates effectively using various marketing methods
  • Generate new client relationships through a variety of methods including Calls, Emails, Referrals, Marketing Campaigns and by attending meetings and conferences where applicable.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets through both new and existing clients.
  • Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies.
  • Report weekly successes, difficulties and market movements to management and attend regular meetings to discuss growth and development with your peer group.
  • Use market data and insights to approach clients in a consultative manner with a high level of service and added value.


Main Skills:


  • Strong accountability for owning and developing the talent pool
  • An exceptional ability to listen, consult, seek to understand candidate needs
  • Strong experience in sales recruitment and managing sales pipelines
  • Articulates yourself clearly and confidently to win business and liaise with clients / candidates
  • Some leadership experience in a recruitment setting
  • Resilient and proactive
  • Management / Leadership skills
  • 360 recruitment experience ideally
